The Holy Father, Pope Francis appointed Cardinal Pasinya Laurent Monsengwo, the Archbishop of Kinshasa (DRC), as his special envoy to the Third Congress for Africa and Madagascar on Divine Mercy (AMACOM), which has been held in Kigali (Rwanda) from 9 September to 15 September 2016.
